¿Qué es "whozits and whatzits"?

"Whozit" hace referencia a una persona cuyo nombre no recuerdas y "whatzit" hace referencia a un objeto cuyo nombre tampoco recuerdas. Ej: "He's sitting over there with whozit." (Está allí sentado con quien sea.) Ej: "I just bought this new whatzit." (Acabo de comprar esta cosa nueva.) Sin embargo, "whozit" y "whatzit" no se utilizan demasiado hoy en día; es más habitual utilizar "whatshisname" o" whatshisface" cuando no te acuerdas del nombre de alguien y "thingamabob", "thingamajig" o "thingy" cuando no recuerdas el nombre de un objeto.
