¿Qué significa "feel" aquí? ¿Significa lo mismo que "know"? Si es así, ¿es habitual utilizar "feel" en vez de "know"?

"Feel" aquí es un término informal que se utiliza con el significado de entender o expresar que alguien siente lo mismo que otra persona. No es una acepción que se utilice a menudo a menos de que estés hablando de manera muy informal. Ej: "I feel you, I'm hungry too." (Te entiendo, yo también tengo hambre.) Ej: "Bring this car back without a scratch. You feel what I'm saying?" (Devuelve el coche sin ni un solo rasguño. ¿Lo pillas?)
