What does "something isn't your thing" mean?

If something "isn't your thing" this means that it's something that you either aren't very good at or that you don't enjoy doing. It can also mean that you don't do it often or you prefer doing something else. Ex: Going to the gym isn't really my thing, I prefer exercising outside. Ex: Baking isn't my thing, the things I bake are never good.
