What is the difference between "I wanna do" and "I would wanna do"?

We use "would" here to as a modal to show unreal or imaginary circumstances. So, him saying "I would want" lets us know that it is just an idea and not what actually happened. Ex: I would like a backrub, but I'm sweaty. Ex: I want a backrub.
