Is "pack heavy" the opposite expression for "pack light"?

Unfortunately no. The opposite expression for "packing light" would actually be to over-pack. If someone says that she over-packed, it means that she packed way too much in her purse, bag, etc. Ex: I tend to over-pack. I want to have everything I might need. Ex: She doesn't pack light. She always over-packs her suitcase. Ex: I prefer to pack light, but I usually end up over-packing.
