"satirical" is used to describe a work (literature, drawing, show) that is exaggerated or made in humor to give criticism about a specific topic. Ex: Satirical literature, satirical play. "sarcastic" means to talk in an opposite way to make fun or criticize about something. This word is used to describe one's personality or behavior. Ex: "What a great job." He said in a sarcastic manner.
