"Keep up" means to be able to move and or progress at the same rate as someone else. In this video, it means daddy pig can't follow the speed of the Peppa pig. Here are a few examples of "keep up" being used: Ex: Keep up! I don't want you to fall behind. Ex: Will you be able to keep up with me? No offense, but you haven't really trained to run a 5K. Ex: Don't worry, you will be able to keep up with the other students.
