"Find up here" can actually be separated into two parts: "find" and "up here." "Up here" is used to mean a specified place or location, usually somewhere that is elevated or high up. For example, Harry and Ginny are in on a floor that is quite high up, hence why she has used "up here" in the sentence. You can choose to use "here" or not, as omitting it does not change the meaning of the sentence greatly. You can choose to use the verbs "discover" or "uncover" instead of "find." Ex: You never know what you'll find here. = You never know what you'll discover up here.
