I am often confused to whether or not to add the definite article "the" in the sentence. Would it be strange to add "the" in front of "time" here?

When we say that the time or timing has come to talk about or do something, the expression is always, "it's time." "It's the time" in this context is never used. "Psychology of persuasion" is a specific noun, which is why it is preceded by the article "the," but "it's time" does not require the "the" article. Ex: It's about time we started caring more about the environment. Ex: It's time for dinner!
