In this context, "though" means "however" or "but". "Though" can either be a conjunction that is put in the middle of the sentence, or an adverb that is put at the very back of the sentence. Ex: I planned to work out with my friends, though I ended up working out in my own. Ex: I really want to play games. I need to sleep though. "Though" can also mean "although" when it is put at the very front of the sentence. Ex: Though I ran 3km in total, I didn't even lose a single gram of weight.
