"As far as" is an expression used to mean that something happens in regards to something else or to a certain degree. This expression is often expanded into longer expressions like "as far as something goes" or "as far as something is concerned" to show that it happens in relation or regard to something else. Ex: As far as I'm concerned, I don't care where we go to eat. Ex: As far as the weather goes, it looks like it will be sunny for the rest of the week.
