"Neatly away" means something should be put away nicely; in such a way where it can be easily accessed a found without having trouble. This seems to be a common British term. In America, we commonly say "put this away neatly" or "put this away nicely." Ex: Please put your clothes neatly away. Ex: I want everything put neatly away.
