I don't understand "you're over me". What does "over someone" mean?

To be "over someone" usually means that you no longer have romantic feelings for them. Sometimes when you break off a relationship with someone, you still have feelings for them, however, if you are "over them", you no longer have these feelings and you are completely done and ready to move on.
