Great question. Actually here "we got" is a very informal almost slang form of "we have got". As you may know "have got" and "have" mean the same thing. "Have got" is simply more informal, and "got" is the most informal. So we could replace "got" with "have got" or simply "have," without affecting the meaning. Ex: I got a terrible pain in my back. (Very informal) Ex: I’ve got a terrible pain in my back. (Informal) Ex: I have a terrible pain in my back. (more formal)
