"You made it" is an expression commonly used in two ways. In the case of this video, it is used when someone has arrived. Ross saying "you made it!" can be understood as, "you arrived!" Ex: Terry says she can't make it to work tomorrow. Ex: Don't worry, I'll make it to work on time. It is also used when one wants to express that someone has become successful at something or has accomplished something difficult. Ex: Stacey didn't get any support from her family but she still made it as a doctor! Ex: Look at how rich Stacey is. She's made it.
