Typically people simply say "good night" or more "casually may say "night" or "night night". It is also possible to say "sweet dreams". It is used usually to people you are very close to, specially to a family member or other loved one, sweet dreams is basically the same as saying rest well and I wish you pleasant dreaming. Though obviously this is not something someone has control over. Ex: A: I'm heading to bed dad. B: Okay, sweet dreams Ex: A: I'm tired. I'm going to bed. B: Okay, good night.
