Yes, there is! As you probably already know, "thank you" is a way to show appreciation towards someone. You would usually say thank you after someone does something for you, such as a waiter bringing you your food or if someone gives you something that you asked for. Ex: Thank you for the glass of water. Ex: I really appreciate all of the work you do for me. Thank you so much. "That's sweet" has a couple of different meanings. One is a slang phrase to express that something is cool or awesome. Ex: Wow! That car is so sweet! Ex: Your shoes are sweet! In this clip, "that's sweet" means something that was said or done was nice, romantic, or cute. In a way, it kind of means thank you, but it's used more intimately. Monica is telling Chandler that what he said to her was romantic and cute. Ex: You are so sweet! Ex: That is the sweetest thing anyone has ever said to me.
