When we say that we are "flying someone" somewhere, we mean that we are arranging or paying for someone to travel to a certain place by plane. It is an idiomatic expression that is commonly used today. In Frank Sinatra's song, he is metaphorically requesting for his lover to let him experience what being in love is like, like playing amongst the moon and stars. In many songs about romance, metaphors about the sky and stars are common. Ex: I flew my parents out to Paris for their anniversary. Ex: My company flew me out to New York for our annual conference.
