While "meet you" and "meet with you" have similar meanings, they are slightly different. We use "meet someone" when encountering a person for the first time, while "meet with someone" is used to express spending time with someone for discussion (such as for formal or business purposes). Ex. Nice to meet you. Ex. I'll meet you at 1pm at the park. Ex. I will be meeting with investors in Chicago next month. Ex. Let's meet with our coworkers to discuss our project.
