There isn't a very significant difference between the two. "I feel like" is a little bit softer and more casual, so sometimes people prefer to use "feel like" when giving advice to others. It's similar to the difference between "should" and "need to." Ex: I think you should take a vacation and destress. Ex: I feel like you should take a vacation and destress.
