Is it possible to make passive voice by "get + p.p" as "be + p.p" do? Can I apply to all verbs?

Yes, you can create a sentence using passive voice by combining "get" + "past participle". "Get" to create passive voice can only be used with action verbs, and can not be used with stative verbs such as "know" and "understand". Ex: My sister got engaged last week. Ex: He got robbed on his way to work.
