A "stakeholder" is basically any person or group that has an interest in any decision or activity of company, and cares about the success of that company. "Stakeholders" can be employees, customers, investors, people who own shares or stocks in the company etc. Ex: He is a key stakeholder because he owns a lot of stocks in the company. Ex: Of course I'm a shareholder. As an employee I need them to succeed.
