You can understand "wardrobe" to mean "closet," which means all the clothing owned by a person. Ex: I want to switch up my wardrobe. I feel like it's too boring. "Wear" is most often used as a verb, to mean the action of being adorned on someone's body. Sometimes it can be used as a noun, when "womens" or "mens" is added before it, to become "womenswear" or "menswear" (women's fashion/clothing or men's fashion/clothing). Ex: My favorite womenswear designer is Christian Dior. Lastly, "clothes" is just a general term to describe any garments that can be worn on the body. Ex: Most of my clothes are black. I prefer to wear dark clothing.
