Good question! "Out of control" means "crazy", to the point where it seems like nothing can calm down or contain the person or situation. Ex: The party last night got out of control because there were so many people, so I left early. Ex: My roommate was out of control yesterday trying to find an outfit to wear, she was throwing clothes everywhere.
