Can I say "or don't" instead of "or not"?

Unfortunately no, not in this particular sentence. Since "don't" is already used in this sentence, using it again would be redundant. Grammatically, there is nothing wrong with replacing "or not" with "don't," but it sounds very odd in English. Even though "don't" would be fine to replace "or not" in most situations, it wouldn't work here.
