The phrase "alone together" means that a couple is by themselves, together with each other but with no one else present. The dog uses this phrase because he wants to suggest that Finn and Bubblegum are a couple. That is why the crowd makes that sound after he says it, and the other Finn gets embarrassed and flustered. Ex: Let's spend some time alone together. Ex: I thought he wanted to be alone together but he just wanted to be alone.
