I can't hear the part "they haven't been touched". It sounds like "they haven't touched". How is it pronounced?
Native speaker’s answer

While the speaker here does pronounce "been" properly, she does not pronounce a hard "t" when she says "haven't", and she says "been" quietly in a low voice. That is why this part is difficult to understand. In most cases, native English speakers would pronounce "haven't been" more clearly than she does.
