Can I use "at least" at the end of the sentence? Is there any position rule for locating "at least" in the sentence?

There is not really any rule for putting "at least" in a sentence, although it usually comes after the verb since it is an adverb of frequency. However, where you choose to put "at least" after the verb mostly depends on your personal choice and does not change the meaning of the sentence at all. You can certainly put it at the end of a sentence if you want. Ex: You should eat one cup of fruit per day, at least. Ex: I have read at least a hundred books.
