student asking question

I suppose "Does it feel good!" here is an emphasis, but can I say, "It does feel good!" instead? Any difference in nuance?

There is not much of a difference in nuance between "does it feel good" and "it does feel good" except that "it does feel good" implies affirmation or a response to a question. You are right that "does it feel good" is used for emphasis. It is said in question form but is not meant to be answered, and it expresses the same meaning as "it feels good". "It does feel good" on the other hand indicates a response and would be used if someone had asked "does it feel good?" prior. Ex: A: Does it feel good to be working again? B: It does feel good. Ex: Boy does it feel good to be working again!
