"Turn in" has a couple different meanings. In this show, "turn in" means to go to bed. Ex: I am really tired. I'm going to turn in. "Turn in" also means to hand or bring something or someone in. When you "turn someone in," it means you are telling the police that this person has committed a crime and you know where the police can find him. Ex: The wife turned her husband in when she found out he stole from the store. For an object, like a homework assignment, you are giving it to another person. Ex: Okay everyone, I need you all to turn in your papers now.
