"Waterproof" means to be impervious to water, so we can assume that to be "loveproof" means to be someone who is not easily swayed or influenced by love or relationships. It can mean that a person avoids or dislikes being in love. Ex: My jacket is waterproof, so I don't worry about getting caught in the rain. Ex: This computer is babyproof. I don't have to worry about my kids accidentally breaking it while playing.
