"All this time", is used to describe events over a period of time. Starting at some point in the past, all the way until now and maybe continuing in the future. Depending on the context it can be either a long or short period of time. It does not have the same meaning as "everytime". Ex: I've been looking for my glasses, but all this time they were on my forehead. Ex: All this time that they've been married, she always made breakfast for him.
