"Gish" in this show means money. Shortly after Finn asks about how they are going to spend all of this gish, Jake says "I don't know, I've never really spent money before." "Gish" isn't really a common word for money. If you search the word "gish" it seems to be an acronym for Greatest International Scavenger Hunt. Since this is a tv show, the writers may have decided to use this word to fit Finn's character. However, I do not recommend using this word for money. I recommend the words cash, moolah (this is a common slang word for money), dough (also slang), or funds.
