To "eat" simply means to consume food. This verb doesn't give any idea that the thing that we want to eat is delicious or how much we want to eat. Ex: Did you eat dinner? "Eat up" has a few different uses. We say "eat up" when we want to eat something completely and enjoy it because it looks very delicious or because we are very hungry. Which is how it is being used in this video. Ex: We ate up all of snacks in the house because we were starving. "Eat up" can also be used to say that someone believes something without questioning it. Ex: They ate up everything he was saying, even though it was clearly a lie. "Eat up" can also mean that you enjoy something such as attention from other people. Ex: You just eat up all that attention, don't you? "Eat out" is a phrasal verb that means to eat in a restaurant. It means that you are eating outside of your home, "eat out". Ex: I don't feel like cooking tonight, do you want to eat out?
