"Keep up" means to be able to move and or progress at the same rate as someone else. The cheerleader is telling the girls that she thinks they will be able to do the moves as well as the cheerleaders even though they are just trying out. Here are a few examples of "keep up" being used: Ex: Keep up! I don't want you to fall behind. Ex: Will you be able to keep up with me? No offense, but you haven't really trained to run a 5K.
