What does "this is the most I've seen you" mean? It doesn't make sense to me. Is something skipped after "most"?

"This is the most I've seen you all week" can be understood as "this is the most time I've spent with you this whole week." Here, "see" is used to mean to "spend time together." Ross is stating that he has not been able to see Rachel much the entire week, and that he doesn't want to have an argument with Rachel as they have had so little time to spend together. You can use this expression to emphasize when you have not been able to see much of somebody for a period of time. Ex: This is the most I've seen you all month. Ex: This is the most I've seen you in a while.
