To "have something on your mind" means to be concerned or worried about something. Ex. A: I can tell you have something on your mind, what is it? B: Nothing big, but I've recently been worried about some stuff at work. You can also use this expression to refer to a person. Ex. Recently I've had someone on my mind. I can't stop thinking about them.
