Shouldn't it be "I and you"? Not "me and you"?

Technically, "you and I" is the correct way to phrase this sentence. However, although "me and you" is grammatically incorrect, it is so commonly used that it is acceptable to say this in casual conversation. Ex: A: Who's going to the grocery store? B: Me and you.
