Can it be considered as rude if I call somebody "gorgeous"?

Generally, it isn't considered to be rude. However, calling someone "gorgeous" (even as a compliment) might be considered impolite or cheeky if it's said to a stranger or someone you're unfamiliar with. Generally, though, it's considered to be a compliment and is often used as a way of referring to people instead of their name, like in this video here. You can also use "beautiful" or "handsome" in the same way. Ex: Hey, gorgeous! How are you today? Ex: Hi, beautiful. Everything going well?
