What's the difference between "married with" and "married to"?

"Married with" is generally used in two contexts. To refer to your family status: Ex: I am married with children. (Married, and also have children) Or the combination of something. Ex: The exhibition married art with technology. If you want to express that someone is married to another person, use "to" instead of "with." Ex: I'm married to my childhood sweetheart. Ex: My sister is getting married to her fiance next year.
