"If it makes you feel better" and "If it'll make you feel better" are standard English phrases that are common. "Then yes" could be said after either of these phrases, but is not always said. These phrases are used when trying to console someone, sometimes by sharing something similar that happened to you. Ex: If it makes you feel better, I had an embarrassing moment last week too. Ex: I will buy you ice cream, if it'll make you feel better.
