"come on man" seems to be used between males. Then, should we use "come on girl" or "come on woman" between females?

"Come on man" is most frequently used between males. There is no exact equivalent for females, so "come on girl" and "come on woman" sounds awkward and is not used between females. You can drop the "man" and just use "come on" if you want to say this to a female. Ex: Come on! You won't regret going to the party. Ex: Oh, come on! It'll be fun.
