Why does "an" come before person's name?

Rebecca
In this video, "an" is used before a person's name because she is referring to naming her daughter. Normally, you wouldn't put "an" before a name of a person. However, when it comes to naming a baby, she is saying that she doesn't want to name her daughter Isabella. Rachel is telling everyone that she doesn't think her daughter looks like someone who would be named Isabella.
