When used as a verb, the word "juice" refers to crushing something to extract the juice. This is normally used for fruits which are more watery and have juice inside. The word "grind" as a verb means to crush something into smaller parts but this is normally used for things which are more solid. Ex: You need to first grind the coffee beans to make coffee. Ex: She is juicing the oranges to make orange juice.
