"I'm gonna have a baby" is a general statement saying that someone is going to have a baby, but does not specify when. For example, someone could say "I'm going to have a baby" after they found out they have been pregnant for three months, but will not have the baby for another six months. "I'm gonna go have a baby" implies that the person is going to travel to the location where they are going to give birth soon by using "go". Ex: She is gonna be a doctor. (This statement does not imply when "she" will become a doctor) Ex: He is gonna go to the grocery store. (This statement implies that "he" will go to the grocery store soon)
