Is "Garcon" an English? and I wonder if it's a general expression!

"Garcon" is a French word that means a male waiter. It is not commonly used in English, as we usually just call the person serving us "waiter" We will even call a waiter by his first name if he introduces himself. A female waiter is called a waitress in English. Flinn may have said garcon because he told Rapunzel that this restaurant was very fancy and expensive. Ex: The garcon served the table wine. Ex: The French restaurant called waiters garcons.
