Is there any difference in nuance between "how much" and "how much more"?

"More" here is used to indicate an additional or extra something. When the speaker says "how much more," it is being implied that something hidden has already been revealed. "How much are you hiding" does not have that implication of something "extra," so the nuance of this sentence is different. Ex: Wow, you have so much stuff in your bag. How much more can it fit? Ex: I didn't know you were such a good singer. How much more talent are you hiding?
