Is “stare you in the face” same with “stare your face”? Which one is more natural?

"Stare you in the face" is much more natural. When something is "staring you in the face", it means that something is obvious. This is a common idiom used in English. "Stare your face" is a little unnatural and the meaning of the phrase sounds like it would mean something different. Ex: The answer was staring us in the face.
