I assume that glitch is a commonly used term for IT business, but what's the main difference between a "bug" and "glitch"?

You can consider a bug to be a mistake or failure in the software, while a glitch is an error that can result from both hardware and software. A bug must be fixed personally, whereas a glitch can be a one-time thing and disappear after occurring once. Ex: I found a bug in this app, which is preventing me from using it properly. Ex: My game glitched so I lost the fight, but it went back to normal after I restarted the program.
