"On the go" means to be very busy. The wheat bars are supposed to be a breakfast if Panda is too busy to make breakfast. You can use this phrase when you are busy and don't have time to stop. Ex: She is always on the go. She never stops to eat a proper meal. Ex: I usually eat fast food when I am on the go. I don't have time to stop and make a meal when I'm that busy. Ex: We have been on the go all week and are exhausted.
